Heartland Construction was established in 2009. Since then, we have been a start to finish commercial general contractor, specializing in performing commercial roofing, with offices in Ohio and Florida. We handle all facets of construction from Conception to Completion, including Design-Build services, and construction oversite.

We furnish and install all types of Carlisle EPDM, PVC and TPO, with the ability to provide standard 30-year penetration details or utilize liquid-flashing. We are authorized to offer Carlisle No Dollar Limit warranties for up to 30 years.

We’ve completed projects for many commercial clients in the mid-west including Planet Fitness, Family Dollar, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field and Stream, Wendy’s, Vogele Building, USPS, Grace Enterprizes and many others.
